For people who did not follow the usual UK school route

Many adults think university is only for people who finished school in the UK, have A-levels, and know the system already. That is not true. There are routes for adults, people with overseas qualifications, people returning to study, and people who need a foundation year or another bridge into higher education.

Our role is to help you understand the route before you spend time worrying. We can talk through your age, work history, previous study, English level, residency situation and what you would like to study.

If Romanian is easier, tell us. We can explain the important parts in Romanian: how university routes work, what Student Finance usually means, what documents may be needed, and what questions are worth checking before you apply.

We still use the correct UK terms, because they matter: Student Finance England, tuition fee loan, maintenance loan, entry requirements, foundation year, Access to Higher Education, HNC and HND.
